Obsessions

ORCHIDS
I adore an orchid. They are so easy to care for and look gorgeous. I used them at my wedding and I still am obsessed with them. I am staying with my parents this week before my brother's wedding and I am so envious of my mom's orchid. How beautiful is it (and yes it is real!)? If you live in Charlotte Jesse Campbell is the man to call he does amazing orchid and plant arrangements!

FOREVER 21 DRESS
Just found this adorable dress online. Normally I don't have too much luck at F21 since most of the clothes are made for rail thin 15 years old but occasionally I find cute stuff like this.

EAT WELL ENJOY LIFE HUMMUS
This hummus is amazing. I have tried the edamame hummus with roasted red pepper and sesame and the spicy yellow lentil with apricots and sunflower seeds and they both knocked my socks off. I just bought the Tuscan white bean hummus to try next. They sell them at Harris Teeter. They are delicious!

PHYSIQUE 57 DVDS
I am pretty loyal to my Tracey Anderson DVDS, but they get really boring sometimes so I like to switch it up. My brother gave me these Physique 57 DVDs for my birthday and I love them. They are a great workout. I like that two of the DVDs are only 30 minutes so if you don't want to do an hour you can do the 30 minute one! I am always sore the day after I do these which I think is a good thing!

ST. IVES APRICOT FACE WASH
I love this stuff. It is one of the best exfoliating face washes I have tried. Best part it is dirt cheap like $4! It smells great and really makes your skin so smooth!

What are you loving this week? xoxo

I have said this before, but I think we are sisters separated at birth. I always try to have an orchid in my house, they are so low maintenance and will last awhile. I usually pick mine up at trader joes.

and I have a slight obsession with edamame hummus, it is the best!!

I used apricot scrub too and I also love orchids! My friend Amanda's grandfather has a whole greenhouse of orchids and some are really rare--there's even one that only opens at night!

I am totally impressed with your mom...that orchid is FABULOUS! Yes, they are very easy to care for, but I'm pretty sure I still manage to make them as sickly as possible. What can I say, it's a gift (c:

Beautiful orchid! I will have to try the hummus! Sounds great! Sometimes I find cute dresses at F21 online but if they are unlined I have found that the material is extremely see through which happened with my last online dress purchase from there. So dissappointed because the dress was really cute!

I adore orchids too- how do you keep yours alive? I just got one as a hostess gift and it says put 3 ice cubes in every 10 days. The other one I have is fake!

Love all of your obsessions! I usually do! ;) You sure we weren't sisters/friends in another life? I love that orange dress from F21! Great find! I adore hummus! I will have to try that kind the next time I am at HT! Your mom's orchid is gorg! I would prob kill it though. I can kill a bamboo plant, and that takes talent. I also love St. Ives! I have used it as a an all over body scrub and it makes my skin so soft!!!

I've been wanting to buy an orchid since forever!

I'm so with you on Forever21 but I just recently found a really cute dress there, too. Loving this orange one!

I have all fake orchids from Lady Tess and that's the only way I can keep a plant longer than two weeks! Loving that F21 dress!

I am obsessed with Physique 57 here in NYC!

Hi Natalie. Just wanted to let you know that the st. ives apriot scrub is horribly damaging to your skin. The pits they use are not rounded but crushed so there are jagged edges that tear your skin, allowing bacteria in causing not only breakouts but also pre-mature aging of your face. It's ok to use on other areas like your elbows, knees and feet but I highly recommend finding another product with rounded beads. If you like an exfoliating facial cleanser Aveda makes a brilliant one that leaves your skin radiant. I love all your other obsessions! If you ever make it to Charlotte for a long visit, I'd LOVE to give you a facial!
