Cooking Made Easy | 10 Recipes Using Rotisserie Chicken

Happy Friday and Happy Weekend!  Today I am answering a reader request to share some recipes that you can use a Rotisserie chicken for.  I will be honest I hate handling raw chicken so when a recipe calls for chicken 9 times out of 10 I just buy the pre-cooked one.  It is one less pan to clean and so much easier.   Below are a some recipes I have featured on my blog in the past using pre-cooked chicken. They are all pretty easy week night meals and most can be made ahead of time too!

I always welcome reader requests so shoot me an email if you have any ideas you would like me to feature on my blog!
Happy Friday!
and I have to share my tee shirt, that I mentioned yesterday.  Perfect for the weekend:) I wore mine last night, so comfortable and I love the fit.  Sometimes tee shirts are too boxy or short and this one is longer and a slimmer fit. I am in a size small for those curious about sizing.

Hey Natalie! I would love for you to do a post on what you have learned the most about marriage or how you handle living away from your parents. I am getting married tomorrow and will be moving about the same distance you are from your family. Lots of big changes but all very exciting!!

For the salsa verde casserole, do you use the hard corn toritlla shells or the corn torillas? if you use the shells, do you break them up so they are not in taco shape? might be a dumb question :) But everything you make is delish and I want to try this one too.

These are great! My favorites that I will be trying out the chopped salads (healthy start to the new year and all). I'd like to see how you do your food prep or any shortcut/tips or time savers you have. I also like it when you have culinary products to recommend (knives, baking sheets, etc).
