Feta Artichoke Dip

It is no secret I am a huge fan dips, as you might notice I post alot of dip recipes. Appetizers are my favorite genre of food by far! This recipe is a family favorite we have been making for years. It is easy to throw to together and always a crowd pleaser! We serve ours with pita chips or crackers. Enjoy!

**BTW You might have noticed a few new tabs at the top of my blog. I am working on getting my recipes all in one place for you guys. All you will have to do is click on that tab for a complete recipe list, should make finding past recipes much easier. It is taking awhile because I have to go back and find every recipe but I hope to have it finished over the weekend!**

HOT FETA ARTICHOKE DIP
1 14 OZ can artichoke hearts drained and chopped
2 packages 4oz feta cheese
1 cup mayo
1/2 shredded Parmesan cheese
1 jar (2 oz) diced pimentos drained
1 clove garlic minced

Mix all ingredients together. Spread in baking dish and sprinkle with a little extra Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees about 25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.

I heart dips too! We've been getting together with friends quite a bit lately for football watching, and I told my husband all you guys care about is what meat to grill, and he said and you girls only worry about dips! haha so true!! But they are soo good. I'm definitely adding this to my list to make! Yummy!

I made this last week! I've done it in the crockpot though so I can take it with me and keep it warm. It is so yummy.

about once a month, Dan and I will have appetizer night, I will make 5 different dips/appetizers and that is our dinner. Probably not the best thing for our diet but it makes dinner fun, this one is in my que for next appetizer night!!

After making this dip for the 4th time in about 3 months and passing it on to my mom who has made it multiple times, I finally had to comment. I have made so many of your recipes and made this one day when I was in a rush and needed something for a party. We have gotten many compliments on it and it's my go-to. Thank you for posting great recipes!
