Blazers Yes or No?

I have to be honest I always feel like a man when I put on a blazer.  I have a complex- I had the same complex about denim shirts but I got over that quickly.  I love, love, love blazers on other people but for a long time I thought they weren't for me.   You see my friend Katie, inspired me.  She was on the search for the perfect blazer and it made me think I need one too. About a year ago my mom gave me this Tahari Boyfriend Blazer that she no longer wanted.  It hung in my closet a very long time before I busted it out.  I wore it last week and really quite liked it.  You know I feel like I might be starting to like blazers now.

Look even my girl GP Loves a good blazer, I can be converted to wear anything if GP does.

There are so many cute ways to wear a blazer Spring or Fall.

Here are a few of my favorites I am stalking.  Tell me do you rock a blazer and if so who makes the best ones?

Try Urban Outfitter's sheer back blazer. It's my fav blazer and so lightweight. You would look great in it

After finally jumping on the blazer band wagon, I've not taken mine off and wonder what I did without it! I vote for continuous wear of your Tahari one and adding another one to the mix...just can't decide which! :)

YES! I love them + I'm not sure what I would do without them. You look great in that bf blazer.

I love, love, love a great blazer! I love the way J.Crew blazers fit! If you are looking for a trendier color or pattern, I would try Forever 21. They have a some great colors right now :)

I am crushing on Jcrew's schoolboy in white linen. I already have it in wool and love it.

Girl you make that blazer look good! You know I love one! And I must have a white one now with aqua shorts!

I love a good blazer. I tend to find that when they're shorter they tend to be more feminine.

I think you just have to find a good cut of blazer. The one you have on looks great! I have one that I feel hot in, and one that I feel like a linebacker in.....

I love blazers, but not the stuffy suit kind. Zara has some great options!

Blazers are my go-to wardrobe option. The Jcrew Schoolboy is the best, give those a try!

Ummmm, you're asking the queen of blazers here. I'm a total blazer junkie! Go for nice fitted ones that cinch your waist and hit a little below your hips (halfway down your bootie). J Crew makes gorgeous blazers but have fun and shop around!!! Zara makes nice inexpensive ones. They can look bad if you go too cheap. Welcome to the club my friend and let me know if you want to go blazer shopping!!!!

Oh - I'm a self proclaimed blazer addict! There is nothing I love more than wearing a blazer with boyfriend jeans and heels. You look AWESOME with a blazer.

I literally just blogged about my love of springy blazers this week! Love them. I just picked up two more at Madewell - a white one and their black cut out one. I love that Pencey one you chose.

You look simply fabulous in a blazer! I love that style that you are wearing. I adore blazers and used to wear a lot for work. My favorite brands are Ralph Lauren(more expensive, but so worth it), Theory, H and M and Zara. Target even come up with some cute styles. Also, check the little boys department at Brooks Brothers! Congrats again on your new nephew. xox

I love blazers with maxi dresses and shorts!! Such a cool way to wear them. You look so good in that blazer!! You should wear them more often.

H&M makes really cute blazers that are fitted and lined for next to nothing. I have a couple that I LOVE.

I love blazers! And probably where them too much! Often I feel like it is the perfect addition to tie my whole outfit together.

Definitely a yes! Try the Jcrew schoolboy blazer. I think its on sale right now plus 30% off extra and it has the most flattering fit ever - and awesome colors too!

i love blazers! lauren conrad's brand (at kohls) seem to fit me the best... they're often cropped or have a rouched sleeve, so you don't lose your figure... for a longer boyfriend style like you're wearing, you could try belting it to add a feminine touch!

i love pairing my blazers with casual striped shirts! even Target has cool blazers now too!

I think you look fab in the blazer! I'm slowly adding to my collection - it took me a while to get on board, too :)
And let's be honest, what doesn't GP look good in?!

I think a blazer that cuts right at the hip is key! They're a nice alternative to a sweater or jacket over a summer dress!

I love the blazer look, but I never think I wear them right! I have a white one I purchased from Urban Outfitters last year, and I've only worn it twice. I need to get inspired!

I love blazers, but lately I haven't been wearing them! I may need to pull them out of the closet! You look fabulous in yours!

i've been buying blazers for years and they are all hanging in my closet w/ the tags on. i've had the same aversion as you...until i recently found this one and haven't taken it off! it's not as structured so still feels feminine. i got it in black and am about to order in white as well!

Love blazers! They glam up anything you're wearing ;) I love the theory and the rag & bone ones.

Thanks for all the great ideas for Blazers! I just bought a pink one from H&M for $20 and was trying to figure out ways to wear it without making it look like I had a powersuit on. The cut is really feminine too!

Sorry I have to be honest and say I hate blazers....they are usually box-y and look like a man's coat with no shape to them. Yes they're popular but this is one unflattering fad :-( Sorry!

For me the keys to wearing blazers are ruched sleeves and a slim fit. A one button closure helps keep the look fem too! I heart the Elizabeth and James balzers I have! http://www.shopbop.com/elizabeth-james/br/v=1/2534374302082591.htm?baseIndex=0

I'm obsessed with them. LOL - in fact I think I wore one every day this week. J Crew always has great options that are fitted and very feminine. Gap can also be good too.

I'm the same way... I love them on other people, but have a hard time finding ones I like for myself... I do have one from H&M (last year) that I like, but that's about it...

I adore blazers and wear them a ton. I swear by wearing them at least one size down so they're shrunken. Most of the ones in my closet are J.Crew, but I have found some great ones at Target and TJMaxx. I especially love a small blazer open over a dress.
